I’m Kelly, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in wellness, performance nutrition, body recomposition, and gentle nutrition coaching. I strongly believe that food is fuel and should be used to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

Before becoming a Registered Dietitian, I completed my Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Health from Miami University and my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota (Go Gophers)! I have had the privilege of working with many kinds of clients from Division I athletes to fitness enthusiasts to weekend warriors. Food and nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and I strive to ensure that your goals are met by tailoring your needs to your day-to-day routine. All foods can fit into a balanced lifestyle.

Besides nutrition, my other interests include spending time with my friends and family, playing with my dog, reading a good book, and working out and coaching at Orangetheory.
